Need to SELL a SHORT SALE?

It is VITALLY important if you are considering getting involved in either side of a transaction on a short sale property, that you have an EXPERIENCED agent working on your behalf. They are complicated and involved!
YOU MUST BEWARE! There are many scam companies out there that will charge you money up front... These are scam companies! You do NOT need to front money to buy or sell a "short sale" home. Also, if you have an experienced agent, you DO NOT NEED a "scam artist" to negotiate the transaction... Your Realtor does this as part of the transaction!!!
Also, going to a short sale seminar does NOT an experienced agent, make!!!
Please think twice before getting involved with someone other than an Experienced Realtor!!!
