Rancho Sahuarita has clearly established its position as the best selling master planned community in Southern Arizona.  Since its inception in July 2001, over 3,000 homes have been sold.  Over the next 8-10 years, the community could grow to over 11,000 homes.

Rancho Resort and Sonora are Active Adult communities (age 55+) within the greater Rancho Sahuarita community.  Each has its own clubhouse, pool, fitness center and activities.  Sonora residents also have access to Club Rancho Sahuarita.

Home Owner Association (HOA)


The montly HOA assesment for most of the community is currently $70.00 per month.
There are some gated and Active Adult neighborhoods that have additional assesments in addition to the $70.00 per month. The following schedule shows those neighborhoods with additional assesments: The $70.00 is included in the schedule per month

Community Enhancement Fee

At close of escrow on resale homes, the seller is required to pay a percentage of the gross sales price back to the HOA.  These funds can be used for the general good and welfare of Rancho Sahuarita.

2006-20011  -  .75% of the gross sales price
