Depending upon the floor plan you select, your resort residence can range from 1500 to more than 1700 square feet. We offer three different luxury floor plans for you to choose from. Each with its own stunning views of the Santa Rita mountains or the championship golf course.
Each floor plan has the option of reversing the plan for the best view (depending on availability).
Floor Plan A - Rincon
The Rincon floor plan, at 1,503 square feet, is a two bedroom, two bath luxury home.
Floor Plan B - Santa Rita
The Santa Rita floor plan is larger with 1,561 square feet, two bedrooms and two baths.
Floor Plan C - Catalina
The Catalina floor plan is our largest luxury residence at 1,729 square feet. It is a two bedroom, two and a half bath home.
We offer units in a 15-plex building or an 18-plex building.
