 "Recently my home was sold in Rancho Sahuarita. Vicki Watson was our Realtor and this letter is to provide insight to the work she did and the outcome. This is the first house we have bought and sold. Unfortunately, due to a loss of my job I found myself in the middle of a financial crisis, and a terrible market for selling the house. Because of Vicki's impeccable reputation for selling homes we called her and from day one we knew she was the right person to help us. Because of financial constraints it became necessary to do a short sale, and after calling Vicki she showed up with the same fervor and vision for selling our house that she had the first time. She guided us through every step of the process, communicated with the banks, stood firm when there were issues with getting the right documentation from the banks, helped the buyers understand the process so they did not get frustrated and back out, and finally closed the deal. Selling the home was difficult for us, and doing a short sale was embarrassing. Losing my job and having to move was tough; however, I can't imagine having gone through this process with anyone else.
