Commercial building has continued to sky rocket, as the town added a Wal-Mart Super Center, Madera Marketplace, Valle Verde Center and the new Fry's Marketplace in Rancho Sahuarita. There are many builders such as KB Home, Pulte Home, Richmond American, Maracay, DR Horton and others; currently building homes in Sahuarita at a feverish pace.
